At DMS CONMIX Ready-mix concrete (RMC) is produced in its fully automated and computerized concrete batching plants. DMS CONMIX manufacturers and supplies concrete mixes which are specified by the customer, the customer specification is designed by producing trial mixes by technically sound quality team in its well equipped laboratories as per established procedures to comply with various provisions of Indian standards.

DMS CONMIX experienced logistics team works closely with the plant and the client’s to ensure that the concrete of specified quality is delivered on time and in the appropriate quantities.

Our Equipment

Transport:

Once a customer places order on DMS CONMIX, the survey team will survey the site to ensure that the transit mixer trucks can access the site.

Factors the survey team considers are:

The site approach road and the ground condition up to the delivering point for the transit mixer should be safe

Sufficient space should be available for the transit mixer to access delivery point.

The clearances should be sufficient for moving the equipment.

DMS CONMIX boasts a fleet of 10 transit mixers of 7 / 8 M3.

Pumping concrete:

Pumping is one of the most efficient means of pouring the concrete. DMS CONMIX is well equipped with the required range of concrete pumps for easy pouring of the concrete, thus saving time and delivering the required quality for the customer. Schwing & putzmeister stationery pumps

Raw Material

With the ultimate goal of enhancing our services, we have established a transport division. The division consists of, and runs, more than 8 cement bulkers and 8 trailers with hauling capacity of more than 40% of our cement and aggregate requirements. In essence, the transport division increases productivity and efficiency by bringing the necessary raw materials from their source point directly to our factories.
